Elizabeth “Beth” Gayer Field, 44, of Clovis, California, passed away on January 5, 2023. She was born May 4, 1978, in Santa Monica, California, the second daughter of Donna and Stephen Field.
Beth is survived by her husband, Andrew Bradshaw; and leaves behind her daughter Dian Montanez and three sons, Calfee Montanez and Cameron and Hutton Bradshaw.
In addition to her mother and father, Beth is also survived by her sister Laura Vogt and her husband Jeffrey and brother Daniel Field and his wife Kari, her nephew and niece Cole and Ember Field, and many aunts, uncles and cousins from the Bolton Clan.
Beth knew she wanted to be a civil engineer after a presentation in her GATE program at Dry Creek Elementary in Clovis, California. She started college at Fresno City College and fulfilled her goal by graduating with a BA in civil engineering from UCLA in 2001. She started working with wastewater, working for firms in Fresno and Clovis, where she designed wastewater systems. Then landed a job as a city engineer for the City of Fresno, working with wastewater systems and added to her resume water treatment.
Beth, as per her wishes, will be cremated and her ashes spread over her beloved ocean.
