Lilia " Loche" B. Cerda was born on June 25, 1939 in Linares, Nuevo Leon, Mexico to Marco and Gabina Cerda.
Lilia along with her parents and brothers immigrated to the United States in 1955, and moved to Pharr, TX. They were farm laborers who would migrate to other states to
work. In 1959 her father brought them to Orosi, California where she resided for 67 years. Lilia worked in agriculture, as a Farm Labor
Crew boss till she was 78 years old. Lilia was a very hard worker, she was always doing something, she kept herself busy. She enjoyed being outdoors working in the yard.
Lilia loved her Niece's, Nephew and Great-Nephews, she enjoyed being around them, helping them when she could with their gardens, tree trimming or whatever they
might need. Lilia loved being Tia Abuela to her two great nephews; she would take them outside with her and put them to work.
A beloved Daughter, Sister, Aunt and Great Aunt she was. Lilia passed away on April 11, 2022 in Visalia. She is preceded in death by her parentsMarcos and Gabina Cerda, her Brother Efrain Cerda. Lilia is survived by her Brother
Roman Cerda of Hanford, Sister-in-law Lucelva Cerda of Orosi, Nieces, Leticia Cerda of Orosi, Nancy Serna (Robert Serna) of Visalia, Leanne Fernandez (Peter Fernandez) of Dinuba, Nephew, Mark Cerda
(Norma Cerda) of Dinuba, Great Nephews Issac Cerda-Holguin of Visalia and Liam Paul Fernandez of Dinuba.
