Rosalinda Luna Garcia was born to Jose and Otila Luna on November 30, 1944 in Crystal City, Texas. Although her time on earth has come to an end, the memories she left behind will live on in our hearts forever. Our family lost our beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother. She will be deeply missed by all of her children and husband of 62 years; Richard T. Garcia.
She is preceded in death by her parents Jose and Otila Luna, brother Armando Luna (Vietnam War).
She is survived by her husband Richard T. Garcia. Sons; Richard L. Garcia Jr. (Nashville, Tennessee); Randall L. Garcia (Schertz, Texas); Ron L. Garcia (Sanger, California); Daughter Thelma L. Garcia (Pacific Grove, California) nine grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Brothers; Judge Joe Luna (Crystal City, Texas); Eddie Luna (Crystal City, Texas). Sisters; Romelia Aguillon and Blanca Aguillon from Crystal City Texas.
As we all mourn the loss of Rosie we continue to cherish the memories, her nurturing, supportive ways; but most importantly, teaching us the values of Love, unselfishness, and respect for one another. We love you and will miss you dearly!
A visitation will take place Friday September 3rd, 2021 at Dopkins funeral home in Reedley, CA. Viewing at Dopkins is from 8:30am – 10:00am, followed by Rosary and Mass at St Anthony’s Catholic Church Downtown Reedley. Rosary beginning at 10:30am. Mass at 11:00am. Burial will be at Reedley Cemetery.
