Sandra Sue Hodges

Sandra Sue Hodges, or Sandi as she was known to her friends, went to be with the Lord on September 13, 2021. She was born in Dinuba, California on January 16, 1945 to Robert (PJ) and Stella McReynolds, and spent most of her life in Dinuba. Sandi was the second of five sisters, Pat Parker, Linda Manduffie, Robin Mize, and Karen Hempfling, all of whom she remained incredibly close with throughout her life.

Sandi was married to Donal Hodges for 54 years and they had three children, Shannon Hodges, Shawna Zamudio, and Donal(Scott) Hodges (wife Kristine). Sandi’s greatest joy was her grandchildren and she never missed a soccer game, volleyball game or track meet. She will be missed by her loving husband and children, her sisters, her grandchildren Khloe Hodges, Karlee Hodges, Daniel Zamudio, and Alfred Zamudio, Jr, and the many nieces, nephews, and wonderful friends that loved her.

Services will be held graveside at Smith Mountain Cemetery on Tuesday, September 21, 2021 at 10:00 am, with a luncheon immediately following at Ridge Creek Dinuba Golf Course. In lieu of flowers, as she was a big fan of the KHS Girls Soccer Team, the family asks that any charitable donations be made to the Kingsburg Athletic Foundation, with the funds directed in Sandi’s honor to the Girls Soccer program.
