Thomas Rivas Payan

Tom R. Payan, 77 passed away March 5, 2021. He was born April 24, 1943 in Dinuba California to Socorro Rivas and Enrique Payan. Tom was a long-time resident of Dinuba, he worked 20 plus years at Dinuba Lumber, served on the Dinuba council, held the prestige's title 4th degree in the Knights of Columbus, and was the Mayor of Dinuba 2000-02. Tom is preceded in death by his parents and brother, Ernest Payan. Tom is survived by his wife Brenda Payan, son Thomas Chagoya, daughter Theresa Garcia, son in law Henry Garcia, 1 grandson, 3 granddaughters, sisters Teresa Esquibel, and Josie Cortes, brother Henry Payan and numerous nieces and nephews. Tom will be greatly missed by family and friends but will live forever in our hearts.
