Valgean Hall

Valgean Hall passed on December 3, 2022 at the age of 94 years. He was a heavy equipment operator for CalTrans for 28 years. He is preceeded in death by his parents Earl and Stella Hall, brother Jack Hall, and his wife Mary Louise Hall. He is survived by his son Ronald Hall and daughter Phyllis Hendricson, sisters Velta Domyan, Barbra Helton, and Oteka Brown, and brother Bob Hall.
